Good morning, and welcome to the Briggs & Stratton fiscal 2020 third-quarter earnings conference call. I'm Mark Schwarz. Figure Chief Financial Officer in joining me. Good morning everyone and thank you very much for joining us Thursday on behalf of everyone at Briggs & Stratton. We hope you and your families remain safe during this challenging time.

Today we're going to cover over several items including the long-term underpinnings of our business the near parent impact of the covid-19 demek our actions in response to the crisis and the office environment.

Also provide an update on the actions. We're taking to enhance our short-term Financial liquidity and flexibility and on our long-term strategic repositioning to become a more focused provider of power off.
