Gross margins, you are clear that you've got cost pressures, a range of them that have caused gross margin to be down 400 basis points in the quarter. The question is this, when do you expect a material improvement in gross margins and how do you expect that to be increased?

Is that the right way to think of that?

My experience the Decommit can be driven by a couple of things one can be your your supplier is shopping that supply to get a better price and you weren't able to meet the better price or it can be hey, they just didn't have it even though they are quote unquote committed to you. So I'm just.
