Our capsule supplier could not deliver our requested allotment during January , resulting in a temporary disruption of our sales in that category. We have since mitigated the issue and expect a return to normalized sales trends in the category by the end of Q4. The impact to sales, however, is likely to result in Q4 cannabis revenues below our Q3 levels.

Hi, good morning, and thank you for the questions.

Speaker 4: So first one for me, and I see Cocomelon on Amazon with a couple skews. Talking about the expansion, 900 stores going into Walmart. I just wanted to get some further color in terms of where you stand right now in terms of the inventory, and kind of ramping that up in terms of the loading for that. And then just maybe incremental color in terms of when expect to kind of see that into Walmart. I know you're going to announce some things next week, but just have us think about the ramp up of Cocomelon and the sprout into Walmart.

So first one from me nicely cocoa Mellon on Amazon with a couple of Skus I'm talking about the expansion 900 stores going into Walmart I just wanted to get some further color in terms of where do you stand right now in terms of the inventory and kind of ramping that up in terms of the load in for that and then.

Maybe incremental color in terms of when expect to kind of see that into Walmart I know you're going to announce some things next week, but just help us think about the ramp up of cocoa Mellon and sprout into Walmart.

Yes, so I'll take that Michael we prioritize Walmart as an initial retail launch and then Amazon Youll start seeing additional skus rollout.

Speaker 4: Yeah, so I'll take that to Michael. We prioritize Walmart as a...

Speaker 4: retail launch and then Amazon you'll start seeing additional skis roll out.

Speaker 4: cases weekly over the coming months and ramp up. As far as the supply, we have definitely made changes to prioritize our partnership with Kupfel Mallard. So we do have supply to continue the...

Some cases weekly over the coming months and then.

And ramp up.

As far as the supply we have definitely made changes to prioritize our partners with colleagues. So we do have supply to continue that keep that in stock and to be able to support additional growth. We've also rolled out.

Speaker 4: growth. We've also rolled out some initiatives that will be coming out with Coco Mellon and their team, including being added to their brand store on Amazon and other social media channels, which will give us a really good edge for the launch and we'll be talking more about that.

Initiatives that'll be coming out with Coco Mellon and their team, including being added to their brand story on Amazon and other social media channels, which will give us a really good add for the launch and we'll be talking more about that in the coming weeks.

Okay, great. Thank you.

Speaker 4: Okay, great. Thank you. And then turning to Canada. So appreciate how capsules might, you know, cause a little slow down for fiscal 4q, but saw some good growth in 3q. Just want to talk a little bit more about your initiatives in the vape segment, right? So a lot of people are talking about, you know, continued pricing pressure and that thing being seen more so in vape than flower products. So from your perspective, you know, how do you that impact your initiative kind of increased exposure within vape in Canadian Canada.

And then turning to Canada. So appreciate help capsules Mike.

Cause it will slow down for fiscal <unk>, but saw some good growth in <unk> I, just want to talk a little bit more about your initiatives in the vape segment right. So a lot of people were talking about continued pricing pressure in that thing being seen more so on vape and flower products. So from your perspective, how do you see that impact your initiatives kind of increased exposure within <unk> in Canadian cannabis.

Thanks.

Yeah. So we're very uniquely positioned with our patented extractor that allows us to skip a lot of processes. So our cost for extraction is extremely low.

Speaker 4: Yeah, so we're very uniquely positioned with our patented extractor that allows us to skip a lot of processes. So our cost for extraction is extremely low. So even if there is hardware fluctuations in the actual vape product on the hardware side, we will have a very healthy margin. And we'll be able to benefit from that. So it works in our favor with vapes as we have extremely high profit.

So even if there is hardware fluctuations in the actual date.

<unk> on the hardware side, we will have a very healthy margin.

We will be able to be able to benefit from that so it works in our favor with base as we have extremely high profit margin on that.

Okay, great. Thanks, and last one for me maybe for Randy here.

Speaker 4: Okay, great, thanks. Last one for me, maybe for Randy here. Just curious in terms of the underlying SG&A.

Just curious in terms of the underlying SG&A right. So sales and gross profit both improved sequentially, adjusted EBITDA, which strips out the severance and the deal now.

Speaker 4: So sales and gross profit both improved sequentially, yet adjusted EBITDA, which strips out the severance and the DNO, went down. So that implies a tick up in SG&A, even when you exclude those severance and DNO items. So just wanted to get some further color in terms of the increase in the underlying SG&A in the quarter, especially in lieu of the cost saving initiatives that you have.

Went down so that implies a kick up in SG&A, even when you exclude those severance and D&O items. So just wanted to get some further color in terms of.

The increase in the underlying SG&A in the quarter, especially in lieu of the cost saving initiatives that you have.

I would refer back to what Michael said earlier, there were some excess professional costs in the quarter that we are holdovers from.

Speaker 3: I would refer back to what Michael said earlier. You know, there were some excess professional costs in the quarter that were holdovers.

Speaker 3: the prior quarters. So we continue to incur those and we've made changes now by bringing a lot of the legal work in-house. So we would expect those SG&A costs to continue to come down.

The prior quarters. So we continue to incur those and we've made changes now by bringing a lot of the legal work in house.

We would expect those SG&A costs to continue or to begin to come down in this quarter and future quarters.

Okay, great, Thanks, and I'll jump back in the queue.

As another reminder to ask a telephone question. Please signal by pressing star one.
