Q1 2024 PetVivo Holdings Inc Earnings Call

5% of those dogs cannot take on subs.

Spring would make a very good alternative.

And if we look at it from an economic standpoint.

Spring is one of the lowest cost options if your dog can't.

And sets and the one with the.

Potential for the least amount of adverse events or side effects.

But I wanted to address the front use product.

In past calls I talked about how when a small animals doctor or a dog K.

Canine veterinary Doctor orders, our product they have a tendency to use it as a last resort product.

They've tried everything else the dogs, it's not functioning or theyre not getting any types of results that would be beneficial.

And they are pretty much ready to put the dog down.

And then they order our product to try it and then they see that.

It's doing extremely well, but the dogs gained tremendous mobility and so on and then the mindset of the veterinary doctors.

This is the last use product, that's creating amazing results, but it takes a while for them to learn and.

We're in a position to really with all this data all this outside peer review articles and so on it will make it where they're comfortable in using it as first use so the general pattern of six months. They use it as a last resort item then they start feeling comfortable for the next 90 days.

<unk> injecting couple of other joints than after a year they start going.

Very comfortable with this and then in a year and a quarter to a year and a half they actually start writing.

In the checkup exit, saying, Hey, this dog is likely to get hip dysplasia.

At age seven it's something you should keep an eye on and at the first signs, let's talk about the use of spring. So it becomes a much earlier use product and by Dr. Tammy Grub in making the statement that we should look at this as.

As the frontline first use product is very meaningful and im not saying thats going to replace handsets, but.

It is a possibility of.

Using it in conjunction as well as also we have seen in the World World application once spring is introduced.

The need for <unk> is greatly reduced or eliminated so just to give you a clue how big the handset market is in the United States at $385 million.

And the last reported year I just saw the numbers come out.

I believe it was Grand view research.

For 2021.

Yeah.

So it would be so moving on from there we're anticipating we're going to get other types of.

Uh huh.

Articles, they will come out or journal articles.

And then.

Going forward with Mwr, having all this data will help us work with them to Wi to increase veterinary acceptance in the small animal side and on the last call we talked about the turnover at <unk>.

And that's.

Looking like we're smoothing that out and things are.

Back in line.

So we're also going to be using.

A lot of increased social media focus.

And what I mean by that is we're going to be putting up a lot.

A lot of actual real world cases using.

Pinterest.

Instagram and so on because we find the amount of veterinary tax as well as the consumers.

They're reaching out to their events and <unk>.

<unk> been really focusing on that because now.

We did a news release with 47 states and we are starting to pick up.

Good sized clinics in major cities. So we're very comfortable now having the consumer reach out to the vets and then their bets.

Looking around their current area and Theyre finding other vets using the product so that will really help us and actually.

We have been getting very good results recently with our social media.

So I would now like to open the lineup for questions operator.

Thank you John for anyone who has joined in on a desktop from an email I will.

<unk> on mute you should you raise your hand.

A question and once you receive Wednesday, <unk> will receive upfront you're exiting <unk> and.

<unk>.

Fire away and then if youre on a phone.

The basic.

Modifications would be <unk> to raise or lower Yohan ended staff six to mute or on mute.

Our first question miserable I will.

On mute you and feel free to ask your question.

Thank you.

I don't know if any.

I can hear you, but theres a feedback.

Is that better yes, much better.

I'm just curious.

I know in the beginning and everything in this world. So thank you for for putting up with migraine.

Just we keep talking about a timeframe next are injecting smaller animals and boardwalk just when does that exact timeframe is my andrezak mirror well.

All right now.

Veterinary doctors can buy the product okay for dogs.

And cats.

We haven't pushed on that side, because we talked about all these clinical data and presentations on the small animals and September October coming out. So we feel that's a big catalyst, but in the meantime, we're seeing a lot of great results occurring in the dogs.

And the cab side and in many of the larger cities, we have multiple clinics using our product.

Does that help answer the question.

And then I know you keep saying I agree Brian is smaller animals, but isn't the longer chairman intention to be on bigger animals as well or no. We started off on the <unk>.

Client because that's an easy market for us because the veterinary doctors see the results right away.

Now when youre dealing with small animals.

I like to have the clinical data to support whatever statements, we can make plus when they inject a dog they may not see that Doug for a year or six months to a year for the next checkup before they realized how well the Dodgers too.

So it's a much longer time adoption for small animals, but the market is significantly larger so theres about 10 million horses in the United States.

83 million dogs in the United States and about 60 million cats in the United States.

Okay awesome. Thank you okay.

And Phil just as a reminder, if you want to raise your hand, please Greg <unk> six two on mute or mute yourself on a desktop I will give you permission to ask a question. So just look at that.

Ed or prompt to then take action I have raised hands from a phone number ending in 473 five.

Please.

Go ahead.

Okay.

Hello, Hello can you hear.

Hear me, Okay, Yep, Hi, John This is John Linda Diana.

Hi.

I've got a I've got a question you had referred to.

Something that I'm not familiar with because they're relatively new to this field.

Called <unk> sorry.

Well we are.

So that stuff is global standard treatment that veterinary Doctor gives its a basically an anti inflammatory so with multiple brands with it.

It's like Oh.

Mcdonnell center something adverse yes Danielle.

Sure.

Okay, how do you spell that.

The answers.

Yeah, how do you spell it out in Canada.

A I D.

Okay, great. Yeah. Thanks, I appreciate that you referred to it more than once so I touch but as Deb.

Okay.

And.

Do you have an update on human trials.

No while we.

We stated that.

On the human side, we've done the necessary reviews.

What's the outside experts are telling us from a timetable and then we would eventually you know hopefully soon.

Announcer are.

Advisory team that's experts in this area to give recommendations the path to go because the human trials. So.

So if you look at the OE market for students on a global basis is about $240 million $240 billion a year.

As an addressable market so to go through the human side is significantly more expensive obviously.

Bob.

We will not raise money.

Within pet vivo holdings, we would always raise it within the subsidiary so it won't impact had vivo share structure or.

Expenses and actually when we do raise money on that side.

Overall operating expenses compared vivo holdings, the parent itself would actually reduce our level.

Okay that sounds great. Thank you yep.

Okay.

Excellent any further questions. Please feel free to raise your hand or Chris <unk> nine if you are calling in.

And.

We will open the call for you.

Okay.

Alright, no further questions. Thank you. This concludes our conference for today. Thank you for your participation and find any information on the company side.
