Through diligent execution, the Integer team delivered sales and Adjusted EPS towards the high end of the outlook range we provided in October. For the full year, sales increased 8% on a reported basis and over 6% organically, and Adjusted Operating Income increased 13%. Adjusted EPS increased 21%, reflecting the higher sales, improved profitability, and effective capital management. In the Q4, we repurchased $50 million of our common stock. In addition, this morning, we announced our intention to initiate an Accelerated Share Repurchase program to repurchase approximately $50 million under our existing share repurchase authorization.
