Again, we're going to look at acquisitions, primarily, still active pipeline, likely smaller transactions than the past 12 to 15 months. We'll mop up dilution for sure this year at a minimum. We'll do some debt servicing, and then we'll continue to assess as we go through the year where to deploy any excess cash.
