We reported net sales of $1.84 billion for the full year, which represents an increase of approximately 43.8% compared to $1.28 billion for 2024. The increase for the full year was primarily driven by the contribution from the Tyman acquisition that closed on 1 August 2024. We reported net income of $19.6 million, or $0.43 per diluted share, during the three months ended 31 October 2025, compared to a net loss of $13.9 million, or $0.30 per diluted share, during the three months ended 31 October 2024.

We estimate that volumes were down approximately 8% year-over-year in this segment for the quarter, with pricing flat and a positive foreign exchange translation impact of about 1.5%.

We don't have big windows in between quarters in which we can be in the market, so keep that in mind as well. The other thing to think about is that Q1 and really Q2 are low watermarks for the year. So we're trying to balance cash flow generation, stock repurchases, with also with debt paydown. We've typically been in net borrow in Q1 in the past. So we just try to balance all of that.
