The decrease primarily reflects the substantial conclusion of our citrus business. Our Alico citrus segment generated $0.9 million in revenue with a gross loss of $6.5 million compared to $16.3 million in revenue and an $8.8 million gross loss in the prior year. While we still had some residual citrus activities, the significantly reduced scale demonstrates our successful exit from the capital-intensive citrus production. Land management and other operations revenue increased 77% driven by higher rock and sand royalties and farming lease revenue. This growth reflects the diversified revenue streams we've established through our agricultural partnerships.
