Our cash same-store NOI growth for the full year 2025, excluding termination fees, was 7.1%, primarily driven by increases in rental rates, new and renewal leasing, and contractual rent bumps, partially offset by lower average occupancy. Please note that 2024 same-store NOI excludes $4.5 million of income related to the accelerated recognition of a tenant improvement reimbursement associated with the tenant in Central Pennsylvania.
