Q1 was impacted by project timing and service mix, along with some weather-related delays. These factors created approximately $0.05 of EPS pressure relative to our internal expectations, with the majority attributable to delayed revenue recognition rather than reduced demand.

These year-over-year changes primarily reflect lower segment income, most notably in Technical Solutions, and higher tax expense and interest expense, partially offset by lower corporate costs. Segment operating margin was 7.1% compared to 7.6% last year.
