This is more of a positioning narrative than a near-term earnings catalyst. For PSN, the only real upside is if AresNXT becomes a repeatable software layer with services/maintenance attach rather than a one-off deployment; that would be margin-accretive because it monetizes existing customer relationships without requiring large capital intensity. The market will likely treat this as incremental until management proves bookings, renewals, or a backlog contribution, so any rerating should be modest in the next 1-3 months.

The second-order winner is the device ecosystem, not just Parsons: cross-platform support lowers friction for agencies already standardizing on iOS, which subtly supports AAPL in public-sector/enterprise mobility and reduces the need for dedicated biometric hardware.
