Nagarro legt Geschäftszahlen für das 2. Quartal und das 1. Halbjahr 2026 vor und verzeichnet im 2. Quartal bzw. 1. Hj. 2026 Umsatzwachstum von 2,0 % bzw. 4,2 % gegenüber Vorjahr in konstanter Währung

Analysis

The setup is more about credibility than acceleration. Revenue being essentially flat while adjusted EBITDA expands tells you management is extracting margin from cost discipline, not from a broad-based demand inflection; that is good for near-term sentiment but rarely enough to justify a sustained multiple rerate in IT services. The market will likely reward the name for showing operating leverage, but longer-duration buyers will need evidence that this is converting into repeatable organic bookings rather than timing noise.

The main second-order risk is that the headline margin improvement is partly a function of non-operating items washing through the P&L, while reported profitability remains sensitive to share-based compensation. In the next 1-3 months, the key catalyst is whether cash collection actually lands as promised; if it does, leverage optics improve and downside gets cushioned, but if it slips, the stock can quickly revert to being viewed as a low-growth, semi-diluted services compounder with limited multiple expansion. The balance sheet is not stressed, so the bear case is not solvency, it is stagnation plus dilution.

Contrarian view: the consensus may be too focused on adjusted EBITDA and too forgiving on top-line quality. In a market that pays up for ACN/EPAM-like consistency, Nagarro likely remains a discount asset until it proves that AI transformation is creating durable mix lift and not just incremental efficiency. The setup is therefore asymmetrically better for a tactical pop than for a structural long unless the upcoming call materially upgrades booking visibility.
