NNE is a financing story before it is a power-generation story. The key mechanism is not near-term revenue, it is whether the company can keep accessing capital without the stock becoming the product.

The contrarian miss is that a 70% drawdown does not automatically create value when the asset has not crossed the first proof point. In this segment, the right way to underwrite upside is to ask whether the company can reach a funded, approvable pilot on acceptable terms; if not, 10x upside is mathematically possible but economically irrelevant.
