The second-order winner is any compute stack that helps run the underlying simulations and agent loops efficiently; NVDA gets an indirect lift, but the near-term monetization is likely software margin expansion rather than hardware demand.

The main loser is the fragmentation of niche workflow tools and services that live around verification, testing, and packaging.
