ServiceNow introduced Action Fabric at Knowledge 2026, opening its AI Platform and MCP Server to any AI agent, including Claude, Copilot, and custom agents. The company says the MCP Server is generally available today and included in every Now Assist and AI Native SKU, with additional features coming in 2H 2026. The launch expands governed, headless enterprise actions across IT, HR, security, finance, and customer service, which should support platform adoption and usage.
