The market implication is less about today’s regulatory green light and more about converting the name from a preclinical story into a financed clinical platform. For a very small, genotype-specific cardiomyopathy program, valuation should key off probability of proof-of-concept, not peak sales math; the stock can re-rate on each step toward first patient dosing, but the real inflection is biomarker/safety data, not IND clearance. Until then, the upside is mostly optionality while the downside remains dominated by burn and dilution risk.

Second-order winners are other RNA delivery and rare-disease platforms: any credible signal that heart-targeted siRNA can hit tissue and move disease biology should modestly help platform comps like RNAi/oligo names and genetic cardiology programs, but only if the human readout is clean.
