The key market issue is not whether the chain gets faster, but whether faster rails change institutional routing behavior. If Solana executes technically but the onboarding path stays messy, the value accrues mostly to sentiment and speculative multiple expansion rather than durable fee capture.

The supply-policy proposals matter more for reflexive price support than for true fundamentals.
