AllMind vs Quartr
Quartr is a named vendor in AllMind’s 100+ provider and partner estate, so its investor-relations content sits beside broker research, Expert Insights, other licensed datasets and firm systems, subject to package and content rights. Quartr’s direct product and API specialize in the live call and first-party IR record; AllMind’s research workflow carries that material into a model, memo or deck.

Built for work that runs long. Companies, suppliers, estimates and filings sit in one ontology, so an agent follows relationships across broker research, Expert Insights and your own Snowflake. What comes back is a file: an Excel model, a memo, a deck. Sold by quote.
Best at the call itself. Live audio with a word-by-word transcript at what the company calls near-zero latency, slide decks with a version history, filings and local equivalents. A free mobile app, a data API and an MCP server sit on top.
Ask where your work stops. If it stops at the passage, Quartr gets you there faster and across more markets. If it carries on into broker research, expert calls, internal data and a file someone signs, AllMind is built for that stretch.

Compiled on August 31 2026 from quartr.com and its Pro, API, pricing, export, AI-chat and Snowflake-integration pages, the August 24 2026 Automations release and mcp.quartr.com/docs, plus AllMind’s product, data-catalog and security pages. “Not licensed” means the class is named nowhere on Quartr’s site, which says its AI draws exclusively from public company IR material; a user can still upload one into a chat. “Not stated publicly” and “Not documented” mean we found no published claim, never that the vendor lacks it. AllMind’s data catalog now publishes 6,800+ premium data sources and 40+ exchange and venue feeds; the separate 200-company automation ceiling remains company-stated.

Quartr’s corpus is what the company published about itself
Quartr licenses first-party IR material and nothing else. Its Pro page calls the product a closed-loop system whose AI “draws exclusively from public company IR material”, qualified by two documented settings: an optional switch to also source wider web results, and file uploads into a chat. So the fence is about what Quartr licenses, not what you can paste in. Uploading a PDF into one conversation is not the same as having a research class entitled, indexed and searchable across a coverage list.
AllMind licenses the classes Quartr does not: broker research, with aftermarket included on a delay that varies by broker and live embargoed research running on your firm’s own RMS entitlement; Expert Insights, a built-in class of transcripts from expert calls with senior operators and industry specialists; live news from thousands of sources; and S&P, FactSet, LSEG and MSCI data alongside alternative data. The ontology holds all of it as companies, suppliers, customers, estimates and filings, so an agent follows a relationship instead of retrieving from a folder.
Quartr hands you the passage, and the model, memo and deck are still yours to build
Quartr’s exports are inputs for the file, not the file. Every answer links to the exact pages behind it, a citation opens the source beside the chat, and you can export a chat session as a PDF, send tables and charts to Excel, and pull the data behind an individual slide’s chart, still linked to its transcript, filing or slide. That is an honest place to stop, and for many jobs the right one.
AllMind builds the file. It carries the same passage-level traceability, with the calculation visible and a verification pass that re-checks figures before a report ships, then produces Excel models with live formulas covering DCF, LBO and comps, Word memos and research notes, PowerPoint from more than twenty investment-bank templates, and edits applied to an existing PPTX, DOCX or XLSX. The limit is the template: supplied ones, so a desk with a strict house format has a formatting pass in front of it, and nobody at AllMind writes the narrative or sets the rating.
Both products meet your own systems, from opposite directions
AllMind connects your systems inward; Quartr ships its data outward. Snowflake, Databricks and S3 sit behind a scoped IAM role and the query executes inside your own environment, so no copy leaves it, and Data Rooms add Google Drive and OneDrive folder sync. Because that material sits in the same ontology as the external corpus, an agent can join your estimate history or a position file to a line in last night’s call.
Quartr on Snowflake runs the other way. It ships Quartr’s datasets into your Snowflake account as a SQL database you query alongside your own tables, included in the subscription, and Quartr Pro takes ad-hoc file uploads into a chat. What it documents nowhere is a standing connection that lets Quartr read your systems, so the internal half of an answer is something your data team joins in SQL rather than something Quartr’s AI reasons over. For a small IR team that is a simpler thing to buy, not a missing one.
Where Quartr is strong
Quartr does one hard thing extremely well. Getting live audio and a word-by-word transcript off an earnings call in near real time, across a 60-plus-market universe, is an operational problem most vendors solve for US large caps and then stop. Quartr solved it for the long tail, and the slide-history comparison built on that archive is a genuinely useful way to read narrative drift.
The distribution position is easy to check. Perplexity, Morningstar, RavenPack and Rogo are named customers on quartr.com, and Rogo lists Quartr among its data sources, so other research platforms buy the pipe rather than rebuild it. Its late-July 2026 raise was $18M led by existing investor Altos Ventures, with SEB joining, on company-stated triple-digit growth and net revenue retention around 120%. Add a free mobile app, an MCP server with more than forty documented tools and published rate limits, and Automations shipped on August 24 2026, and the shape is a company that picked one layer of the stack and built the whole of it.
One of these is a source, the other is the workspace
AllMind
The AI research system for institutional investors
AI agents running on a financial ontology. Companies, suppliers, customers, estimates, filings and the firm’s own research are held as entities and relationships rather than a folder of documents, which is why the product is bought for work that runs long and touches many sources.
The corpus spans 6,800+ premium data sources and 750M+ documents: S&P, FactSet, LSEG and MSCI data, broker research, Expert Insights, global investor-relations data, live news from thousands of sources, consensus estimates and prebuilt Excel models, live earnings and financials within minutes, and alternative data. Internal firm data is half the product, connected and queried in place.
Quartr
The first-party investor-relations data platform
Founded in 2020, Quartr collects, transcribes and structures what public companies publish about themselves. The company puts its team at 140-plus people across Stockholm, New York and Dublin.
It sells access through the free mobile app, the Quartr Pro web platform, a data API, an MCP server and a Snowflake share. Its own pages state 15,200+ to 16,000+ companies, 62+ to 65+ markets and 48M+ to 50M+ first-party documents, read on August 30 2026. It calls itself AI infrastructure for company research, not a research terminal.
What each one is good at, and what it costs you
AllMind
- Broker research, Expert Insights and licensed S&P, FactSet, LSEG and MSCI data in one entitled corpus
- Snowflake, Databricks and S3 queried in place through a scoped IAM role, so no copy leaves the firm
- Excel models with live formulas, Word memos, and PowerPoint from 20+ investment-bank templates
- Edits applied to an existing PPTX, DOCX or XLSX rather than only a fresh file
- Every figure traces back to the passage behind it, with the calculation visible
- SOC 2 Type II certified since November 2025, per-user entitlements agents inherit, every access logged
- No live market terminal and no order execution
- No self-serve checkout and no monthly plan, so evaluation starts with a sales conversation
- Embargoed broker research runs on the firm’s own RMS entitlement, and aftermarket comes on a delay
- 18 markets live today, so an Asia-Pacific or LATAM mandate is not served yet
Quartr
- Live earnings-call audio with word-by-word transcription at what the company calls near-zero latency
- Slide-deck history comparison across quarters, for which AllMind names no equivalent
- Roughly 15,000 to 16,000 companies of first-party IR material across 60-plus markets
- An MCP server with more than forty documented tools and published rate limits
- Quartr on Snowflake shares its datasets into your own warehouse at no extra charge
- A free mobile app and a free plan for student organizations, so evaluation needs no procurement
- No licensed broker research, expert-call transcripts or vendor data; uploads are per conversation
- No documented connection that lets Quartr read the firm’s own systems as a standing corpus
- Exports stop at a chat PDF, tables, charts and slide data, so no model, memo or deck
- The Snowflake share syncs on a schedule and is explicitly not real-time streaming
What AllMind and Quartr actually cost
AllMind
Quote-based, with no self-serve tier
AllMind is sold through a sales conversation, with a demo or a trial first. No checkout, no monthly tier, which genuinely rules the product out if what you wanted was to put a card in and start this afternoon. Depth costs time as well as money: the internal systems that make the product worth having are an integration conversation, not a signup form.
Quartr
Also quote-based, with a free consumer app in front of it
Quartr’s pricing page carries two plans and no numbers. Pro is described as “Scalable pricing for multi-seat deals” with “Enterprise deal options available”, and the API as “Enterprise & bundle options”. Both route to contact sales. The only genuinely published prices are zero, and neither of them is Pro for an individual buyer.
- Snowflake delivery
- Included in the data subscription
- Independent contract benchmark
- None published
What changes the quote
On the Quartr side the driver is seats. A Pro seat also unlocks Automations and the MCP server, so an AI-in-your-own-client deployment is a seat count wearing a different name. API cost turns on which of the seven named datasets you take, how much of the 60-plus-market universe you license, live delivery versus backlog, and redistribution terms if the data goes into your own product.
On the AllMind side it is seats, which data classes you are entitled to, how many internal systems get connected, and automation volume. Live embargoed broker research runs on your firm’s own RMS entitlement, so that line item is your contract rather than AllMind’s.
The two contracts are not like-for-like and reading them side by side will mislead you. A Quartr Pro seat buys access to first-party IR material. An AllMind seat buys entitled third-party content, your own connected systems and the deliverables at the end. If you are consolidating, count the subscriptions that would actually go away rather than comparing seat prices.
Which one you want, task by task
Be live on a European mid-cap’s Q3 call and have the transcript while the CFO is still speaking.
Quartr’s live audio with word-by-word transcription at what the company calls near-zero latency, one-click registration for the call, and a 60-plus-market universe built for exactly this. AllMind’s public claim is live earnings and financials available within minutes, which is a different promise.
After tonight’s print, update the model, write the note and refresh the IC deck.
Excel models with live formulas plus Word and PowerPoint output from supplied templates, with a formatting pass still needed for a bespoke house format. Quartr gives you a chat-session PDF or tables and charts downloaded to Excel, still linked to source, which you then assemble yourself.
Tell me what changed in the slide deck this quarter across my thirty peers, and ping me the moment any of them files.
Quartr’s slide-history comparison and its event-triggered Automations own the deck-drift half. AllMind’s automations across a coverage list, with broker research and Expert Insights read alongside, own the interpretation half.
Score a supplier’s exposure using our internal shipment data and the last four quarters of calls.
Snowflake, Databricks or S3 connected through a scoped IAM role and queried in place, joined to the ontology’s supplier and customer links, so the internal file and the transcript line sit in one graph. Quartr runs the other way: its data lands in your Snowflake for your data team to join in SQL.
Pipe structured earnings data into our own product, or into Claude and ChatGPT where the team already works.
The Quartr API delivers live audio, transcripts, filings and slide decks as structured data, and the MCP server included with a Pro seat carries more than forty documented tools and published rate limits, listed for Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Perplexity and Codex. AllMind claims no MCP server.
AllMind and Quartr are bought for different halves of the same quarter: depth across licensed, internal and first-party sources that ends in a finished file, or speed and breadth on what companies publish about themselves.
Quartr owns the direct call experience, alerting and API, especially outside the US. AllMind licenses Quartr as a named provider and uses that IR material inside a broader corpus with broker research, Expert Insights, other licensed datasets and firm data, subject to package and content rights.
Choose the direct Quartr product when live-call speed, its global first-party universe or outbound API is the requirement. Choose AllMind when the same material must be researched with the rest of the data estate and turned into a cited deliverable; teams can also use both.
AllMind vs Quartr, answered
Partly, and mostly as an addition rather than a replacement. Quartr is also a named data vendor in AllMind, with availability governed by package and content rights.
The direct Quartr product specializes in live earnings-call audio, word-by-word transcripts, filings and slide decks across roughly 15,000 to 16,000 companies. AllMind combines Quartr material with broker research, Expert Insights, licensed S&P, FactSet, LSEG and MSCI data and the firm’s own systems, holds it in one ontology, and produces the model, memo or deck. If your gap is direct live-call speed or the Quartr API, choose Quartr; if it is everything after the transcript, AllMind covers more of the workflow.
