Powered by strong growth in fee-related earnings and a significant acceleration in net realizations, inflows reached a stunning $71 billion just in the fourth quarter, the highest level in three and a half years, at approximately $240 billion for the full year, reflecting robust momentum across the institutional, private wealth, and insurance channels. The co-mingled BIP strategy has generated 18% net returns annually since inception seven years ago. 2025 was one of the best years yet, with broad-based gains across digital, energy, and transportation infrastructure. Our QTS Data Centers business was again the largest single driver of returns for BIP, as well as in real estate.
