Triad's Capital Partners had a chance to join us in Louisville, where they shared positive responses to our homes and our strategic initiatives. Their interest in off-site home building is a testament to our opportunities ahead and the broader engagement in the sector. We are also pleased that the sale of Triad's parent company, ECN Capital, to Warburg Pincus, is progressing well and received shareholder approval in January. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of the year.
