Number two, funding the new pension plan. We contributed $251 million in investment assets and $5 million in cash to fund the new Kodak Cash Balance Plan.

It revised the terms of the cumulative dividends payable to a rate of 6% per annum from 4% previously. It reduced the conversion price from $10.50 to $10 per share, and it revised the mandatory conversion terms.
