Renato Padovese: Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining us. Q2 2026 reflects what we have been building over the past few years. A company with higher quality revenue, greater discipline in capital allocation, and stronger execution capabilities.

Speaker #1: The company with higher quality revenue created discipline in capital allocation and stronger execution capabilities. The numbers we are reporting this quarter are the result of strategic decisions we have made over the past several cycles, and I would like to share with you the main drivers supporting these results.

Renato Padovese: The numbers we are reporting this quarter are the result of strategic decisions we have made over the past several cycles, and I would like to share with you the main drivers supporting these results. Net revenue was up 8.2%, reaching BRL 780 million. Net income reached BRL 101 million, 61% above Q2 2025. Leverage ended the quarter at 0.8 times, even after BRL 177 million in dividends paid over the last 12 months. Felipe Negrão will go into the numbers in more details in a moment, but I would like to focus on the strategic drivers behind this performance and on what we are doing to sustain this trajectory. Let me start with our presential business, which ended the semester with 173,000 students. The number I am most proud of is our re-enrollment KPI. It reached 91% of the eligible student base.

Speaker #1: Philippe Negrand will go into the numbers in more detail in a moment, but I would like to focus on the strategic drivers behind this performance and on what we are doing to sustain this trajectory.

Speaker #1: Let me start with our presentation of business, which ended the semester with $173,000 students. The number I am most proud of is our re-enrollment KPI: we reached 91% of the eligible student base, the first, the best first half result in our historical series, up 1.3 BP compared to 2025.

Renato Padovese: The best H1 result in our historical series, up 1.3 basis points compared to 2025. The dropout rate declined 7.6% over the period. This is the result of continuous work on retention and engagement across the entire organization, from the classroom experience all the way through the student's digital journey. This result is directly connected to our purpose and reinforces our commitment to keeping students engaged and enrolled. This level of retention is what provides stability to our student base, even with the portfolio adjustments and system-related instability we faced during Q1 2026 in the intake cycle. Average ticket was up 9.4% in the quarter, driven by our value maximization strategy and by the mixed. Healthcare students now represent 55% of our presential on-campus student space and approximately 73% of the segment's revenue. On-campus revenue grew 8.7%, with the healthcare programs standing out, up 10.6%.

Renato Padovese: Turning to digital, we ended the semester with 381,000 students. New student intake reflected the impact of the new regulatory framework on the different program formats. On a consolidated basis, intake was down by 30%. When we exclude programs that shifted channels from digital to hybrid, as well as programs that were discontinued, such as our live programs, intake grew 4.7%, accelerating compared with Q1. This is a number that demonstrates a company's ability to adapt to this new environment. The most relevant point here is the rebuilding of the student base through the growth of hybrid programs, whose share increased from 12% in Q2 2025 to 19% now. Average ticket was up 12.8% in the quarter, driven precisely by this migration toward higher value-added programs. The digital re-enrollment API also reached an all-time high for a H1.

Renato Padovese: 80% of the eligible student base up. Now I'd like to talk about Cruzeiro Labs, our innovation and technology hub, which currently drives our digital transformation agenda around four pillars: focus on value and on the student, a culture of product and learning, discipline and fast execution, and strong technical and human foundations. I'd like to give concrete examples. In our core business, we simplified the application journey by eliminating three steps and reducing the time between application and enrollment by five days, with a 6.1 percentage points improvement in. We made further progress with predictive analytics of dropout risk and distance learning, and consolidated our AI chat in the Duda app as a 24/7 support channel. Our tutor chat reduced response times to students by 60%, and digital diplomas are now issued on T+1 versus 13 days as it was made previously.

No back office, superamos 75 mil autonegociações via App Duda.

Speaker #1: In the back office, we surpassed 75,000 self-service renegotiations through the application Duda. We achieved 100% automation of collection emails, with 99.7% accuracy, and recorded a 5 PP improvement in the share of payments made before the due date.

In HR, digital onboarding reduced the process from 43 minutes to just 10 minutes. All these improvements are fundamental to what comes next. Turning now to medicine, I would like to share two important strategic developments. In July, we received authorization to offer 60 seats in Caraguatatuba on the northern coast of São Paulo. Just last week, we received authorization for an additional 146 seats in Pinhais, bringing FAPI to a total of 300 seats. As a result, our medicine portfolio now totals 1,275 seats, representing 25% growth over the last 12 months, already including the 50 seats approved by Universidade Positivo earlier this year.

Renato Padovese: The authorization in Pinhais also triggered the earn-out provided for under the FAPI acquisition agreement with an estimated payment of approximately BRL 185 million. This is an investment that reinforces our conviction in healthcare as a core pillar of value creation in attractive markets such as Curitiba. It is also worth highlighting that Universidade Positivo medicine program received the highest score in ENADE due to having the highest margin of growth among the group's medicine programs. To wrap this up, the Q2 was marked by consistent results supported by the quality of our student base, improvements in our mix, operating leverage. The company's response is already underway: expanding healthcare programs, growing our hybrid offering, and advancing a digital transformation agenda that is already delivering tangible results.

Felipe Negrão: Net debt provision PCLD in the period was positively impacted by the reversal of the additional provision booked in Q1 2026 in the amount of BRL 15.6 million. It was also negatively impacted by BRL 12.2 million from an account reclassification, which we will discuss in greater detail on slide 13. The estimated payment is approximately $185 million, subject to contractual adjustments, and will be paid in three annual installments.

Speaker #1: We kindly ask that you ask all your questions at once. Our first question comes from Caio Moscardini Santander. Caio, please go ahead. It seems that Caio had some trouble with the microphone, so the question is: how are you seeing the cycle in intake for the second semester?

A nossa primeira pergunta vem do Caio Moscardini, Santander.

Renato Padovese: So the question is, how are you seeing the cycle and intake for the second semester? What is the ticket for the hybrid programs? What should happen with the price of the hybrid programs in the second semester? That was Caio's question. Hey, Caio. Renato talking. Our intake cycle for the second semester is challenging because of our macroeconomic scenario we have been facing, but it is within expectations. Although all the uncertainties involved macroeconomic scenario. We have elections this year, but we are very confident in Q2. In relation to the ticket trend, we believe that it should go up because the product changed. The cost is a little higher now because we have a percentage of the program being on campus with professors, and we have costs in laboratories and maintenance.

Speaker #1: Because we have a percentage of the program being on campus, we have professors and we have courses in laboratories and maintenance. So the trend is an increase in the ticket for those courses, and this is what we expect for the next years.

Renato Padovese: The trend is an increase in the ticket for those courses, and this is what we expect for the next years. So we understand that the hybrid programs ticket will increase. Our next question comes from Felipe Monsur, BBA. Please go ahead, Felipe. Good morning, guys. Two questions from my side. First is about capital allocation. Even with a worse seasonality, but when we adjust the dividends, we can see a cash generation and it keeps the company in a leveraged scenario very, very comfortable. So what are the priorities for capital allocation? What are you seeing from now on? Do you want to keep the leveraging or That is the first.

Renato Padovese: The trend is an increase in the ticket for those courses, and this is what we expect for the next years. So we understand that the hybrid programs ticket will increase.

Speaker #1: So we understand that the hybrid programs ticket will increase. Our next question comes from Filipe Amonso. BBA. Please go ahead, Filipe. Good morning. Guys, two questions from my side.

Speaker #1: And the second is taking into consideration the increase in the seats in FAPI. We want to understand if the payments of the earn-out will change or impact anyway the dividend payout for the company.

Speaker #1: Nossa próxima pergunta vem do Felipe Amâncio, do Itaú BBA. Felipe, por gentileza, pode prosseguir.

Operator: Nossa próxima pergunta vem do Felipe Amancio, Itaú BBA. Felipe, por gentileza, pode prosseguir.

Renato Padovese: And the second is, taking into consideration the increase in the seats in FAPI, we want to understand if the payments of the earn-out will change or impact any way the dividend payout of the company for the next years. Thank you, guys. Hi, Felipe. Renato talking here. Regarding the dividends payout, we have a history of dividends payment, as you know, but of course, we analyze micro scenario, possibility of an M&A. We always observe all those points before deciding about the dividends distribution. But in relation to the FAPI earn-out, of course, it impacts our debt, but just a little. So I do not think it is going to influence our decisions in capital allocation. Thank you. Thank you for your answers. Next questions come from Henrique Spavieri, Bradesco BBI. Hi. Henrique, go ahead. Good morning, guys. I have a question regarding margin.

Felipe Monsur: And the second is: taking into consideration the increase in seats at FAPI, we want to understand whether the earn-out payments will change or in any way impact the company's dividend payout in the coming years. Thank you, guys.

Speaker #4: Opa, bom dia, pessoal.

Obrigado, pessoal.

Speaker #1: Of the company for the next years. Thank you, guys. Hi, Filipe. Renato talking here. Regarding the dividends payout, we have a history of dividends payment, as you know, but of course we analyzed the micro scenario, possibility of an M&A, we always observe all those points before deciding about the dividends distribution.

Terminei.

Renato Padovese: Hi, Felipe. Speaker #4: Essa é a primeira.

Speaker #4: Obrigado, pessoal.

Speaker #1: But in relation to the FAPI earn-out, of course, it impacts our So I don't think it's going to influence our decisions in capital allocation.

Speaker #3: Oi, Felipe, Renato falando.

Speaker #1: Thank you. Thank you for your answers. Next questions come from Enrique Spavieri. BV. Hi. Enrique, go ahead. Good morning, guys. I have a question regarding margin.

Felipe Monsur: Thank you. Thank you for your answers.

Operator: Next questions come from Henrique Spavieri, Bradesco BBI. Hi. Henrique, go ahead.

Henrique Spavieri: Good morning, guys. I have a question regarding margin.

Speaker #1: We've been seeing you guys improving the mix, the healthcare programs, thinking onward. What would be the evolution drivers of the margin maturity of the FAPI seats or more efficiency in the digital solutions, operational improvement?

Renato Padovese: We have been seeing you guys improving the mix in the healthcare programs. Thinking onward, what would be the evolution drivers of the margin, maturity of the FAPI seats or more efficiency in the digital solutions, operational improvement? If you could give some color on that, it would be great. And the second is, you highlighted in the latest quarters your investments in technology, consulting. What is the status of those projects? Where can we monitor them? And when can we start feeling the effects? Or will we feel that in H2 or only in 2027? Hey, Henrique. Margin is so hard to predict. But how can we see? We have many internal initiatives, as you said. In medicine, we have many seats to be matured. So medicine has a great margin. So it tends to take the margin up.

Henrique Spavieri: We have been seeing you guys improving the mix in the healthcare programs. Thinking onward, what would be the evolution drivers of the margin, maturity of the FAPI seats or more efficiency in the digital solutions, operational improvement? Felipe Amâncio: Perfeito. Obrigado pelas respostas.

Speaker #1: Próxima pergunta vem do Henrique Spavieri, Bradesco BBI. Henrique, por gentileza, pode prosseguir.

Operator: Próxima pergunta vem do Henrique Spavieri, Bradesco BBI. Henrique, por gentileza, pode prosseguir.

Speaker #1: If you could give some color on that, it would be great. And the second is you highlighted in the latest quarters your investments in technology, consulting, what's the status of those projects?

Speaker #5: Bom dia, pessoal.

Henrique Spavieri: Bom dia, pessoal.

Speaker #1: Where can we monitor them? And when can we start feeling the effects or will we feel that in the second half of the year or only in 2027?

Speaker #1: Hey, margin is so hard to predict, but how can we see? We have many internal initiatives, as you said. Imagine we have many seats to be matured, so Madison has a great margin.

Felipe Negrão: Hey, Henrique. Margin is so hard to predict. But how can we see? We have many internal initiatives, as you said. In medicine, we have many seats to be matured. So medicine has a great margin. So it tends to take the margin up.

Speaker #1: So it tends to take the margin up. Collection, we can improve a lot, so we can have a running rate. So there is a trend to margin improvement.

Renato Padovese: Collection, we can improve a lot, so we can have a running rate. There is a trend to margin improvement. We have other efficiency improvement projects. There is a leeway. We see many opportunities for improving the margin either through the bigger net revenue with bigger retention or having a higher intake. We have been working a lot internally to have some levers that can increase the margin. But the market has been more competitive and more regulated, and one thing can offset the other. It all depends on the type of regulation that will come. But our homework, we have been doing a lot. Talking about technology, Renato will give some more details. Henrique, just to complement. We changed, at the end of last year, the operational model of technology. With the help of a consulting firm, we now used to request products.

Felipe Negrão: Collection, we can improve a lot, so we can have a running rate. There is a trend to margin improvement. We have other efficiency improvement projects. There is a leeway. We see many opportunities for improving the margin either through the bigger net revenue with bigger retention or having a higher intake.

Speaker #1: We have other efficiency improvement projects. So there is a leeway, there is a we see many opportunities for improving the margin here. Did a bigger net revenue with bigger retention or having a higher intake?

Speaker #5: Muito obrigado.

Speaker #4: Bom, boa tarde, Henrique.

Speaker #1: We've been working a lot internally to have levers that can increase the margin. But the market has been more competitive and more regulated. And one thing can offset the other.

Speaker #1: So it all depends on the regulation that will come. But our homework, we've been doing a lot. And talking about technology, Renato will give some more details.

Speaker #1: Enrique, just to complement, we changed at the end of last year the operational model of technology. So with the help of the consulting firm, we now used to request products.

Renato Padovese: Henrique, just to complement. We changed, at the end of last year, the operational model of technology. With the help of a consulting firm, we now used to request products.

Speaker #1: So if an area had a necessity of a solution, our department would develop that product. And many times when it was delivered, it didn't generate the value.

Renato Padovese: If an area had a necessity of a solution, our department would develop that product, and many times when it was delivered, it did not generate the value. This new model comes from the pain of the user, of the student, but focused to value generation. Some investments have already generated value, like the intake journey that was reduced by 3 steps and improved the conversion rate, 6% for the enrollment conversion. The transactional NPS improved 15 points with the new journey, going to 75. That is a very high number. The enrollment step had an increment of 6 points with the student satisfaction. It generates satisfaction by the users and NPS is one of the main indicators we have because we have this mission of having the student in the center.

Speaker #1: So this new model comes from the pain of the user, of the student, but generated focus to value generation. So some investments have already generated value, like the intake journey.

Speaker #1: That was reduced by three steps and improved the conversion rate. Each 6% for the enrollment conversion. So the transactional NPS grew 15 points with the new journey.

Speaker #1: Going to 75, that's very high number. So the enrollment step had an increment of 6 points. The student satisfaction. So it generates satisfaction by the users.

Speaker #1: And yes, it's one of the main indicators we have because we have this mission of having the student incentive. So regarding re-enrollment, we are very proud of our result because we could convert 91% of the basis on campus and on distance learning.

Renato Padovese: Regarding re-enrollment, we are very proud of our result because we could convert 91% of the students on campus and on distance learning. This is connected to our purpose because our purpose is to keep and have the retention of the student, transform the future of the student, to help him get a great job and generate income for his family and for the country, their family and the country. It is connected to our retention policies for the student to be with us and graduate. It was very clear. Thank you, guys. Our next question comes from Mirela Oliveira, Bank of America. Mirela, please go ahead. Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for having me and taking my question. I have 2 questions. My first is a follow-up. We see that part of the projects helped PDD and receivables.

Speaker #1: So this is connected to our purpose because our purpose is to keep and have the retention of the students, transform the future of the students.

Speaker #1: Helping get a great job and generate income for his family. And for the country. Their family and the country. So it's connected to our retention policies for the student to be with us and graduate.

Speaker #1: It was very clear. Thank you, guys. Our next question comes from Mirela. Oliveira, Bank of America. Mirela, please go ahead. Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for having me and taking my question.

Henrique Spavieri: Thank you, guys.

Operator: Our next question comes from Mirela Oliveira, Bank of America. Mirela, please go ahead.

Mirela Oliveira: Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for having me and taking my question. I have 2 questions. My first is a follow-up. We see that part of the projects helped PDD and receivables.

Speaker #1: My second the first is I have two questions. My first is a follow-up. We see that part of the projects help PDDN receivables. So with this problems you see any risk in lowering the PDD?

Felipe Negrão: With these problems in the macro scenarios, do you see any risk in lowering the PDD? Do you think those initiatives in efficiency will offset the negative impact of the regulation? The second is a question regarding CapEx. What do you expect in terms of investment for next year considering the new regulatory framework, especially in the infrastructure of hubs and campi? Good afternoon, Mirela. Felipe here. PDD. Let us see. We started the year a little worse, but we have been growing since March. In July, we were very good in the collection area. There is much room for growth. You know there is a consulting firm supporting us, and we are wrapping the project, but there are many things in it.

Mirela Oliveira: With these problems in the macro scenarios, do you see any risk in lowering the PDD? Do you think those initiatives in efficiency will offset the negative impact of the regulation? The second is a question regarding CapEx. What do you expect in terms of investment for next year considering the new regulatory framework, especially in the infrastructure of hubs and campi?

Speaker #5: Ficou super claro, pessoal. Muito obrigado.

Henrique Spavieri: Ficou superclaro, pessoal. Muito obrigado.

Speaker #1: And do you think those initiatives and efficiency will offset the negative impact of the regulation? And the second is a question regarding capex. What do you expect in terms of investment for next year considering the new regulatory framework, especially in the infrastructure of hubs and campus campy?

Speaker #1: Nossa próxima pergunta vem da Mirela Oliveira, do Bank of America. Mirela, por gentileza, pode prosseguir.

Operator: Nossa próxima pergunta vem da Mirela Oliveira, Bank of America. Mirela, por gentileza, pode prosseguir.

Speaker #2: Boa tarde, pessoal. Obrigada pelo espaço aqui para fazer perguntas. Eu tenho duas.

Mirela Oliveira: Boa tarde, pessoal. Obrigada pelo espaço aqui para fazer perguntas. Eu tenho duas.

Speaker #1: Good afternoon, Mirela. Felipe here. PDD, let's see. We started the year a little worse, but we've been improving since March. In July, we're very good.

Speaker #1: The collection area, there's much room for growth. And you know there's a consulting firm supporting us, and we are wrapping the project. But there are many things we don't know if it's going to be worth because I can't foresee the future, but I see that the banks are watching the bet that the PCLD, but we've been offsetting that with improvements.

Felipe Negrão: We don't know if it's going to be worth, because I can't foresee the future, but I see that the banks are watching the bad debt, the PDD, but we've been offsetting that with improvements. In short term, I think we can do it, but in the long term, I don't know. Yes, we have CapEx predicted. Our baseline is what we've been doing. It has never varied too much. The difference now is that the main part is the hubs, because every hub needs laboratories now, so we're going to have a higher CapEx because of that. It's focused on the hubs, and what we've been doing alongside the banks is to give credit to the hubs. The banks give them credit, and part of the payment goes to the hub, and another part goes to the bank.

Felipe Negrão: We don't know if it's going to be worth, because I can't foresee the future, but I see that the banks are watching the bad debt, the PDD, but we've been offsetting that with improvements. Speaker #4: Boa tarde, Mirela. Felipe falando.

Speaker #1: In short term, I think we can do it, but in the long term, I don't know. But yes, we have capex. Predicted. Our baseline is what we've been doing.

Speaker #1: It has never varied too much. The difference now is that the main part is the hubs because every hub needs a laboratory now. So we're going to have a higher capex because of that.

Speaker #1: But it's focused on the hubs. And what we've been doing alongside the banks is to give credit to the hubs and so the banks give them credit and part of the payment goes to the hub.

Speaker #1: And another part goes to the banks. So those are the lines that we are structuring with the banks. And we will not have to pay this capex, but the hubs will hold it.

Lucas Nagano: Those are the lines that we are structuring with the banks, and we will not have to pay this CapEx, but the hubs will hold it. Our first question comes from Lucas Nagano, Morgan Stanley. Lucas, please go ahead. Good afternoon, Renato and Felipe. Thank you for having me. I have two questions here. The first is a follow-up on the intake for the second semester. Using the first semester as a benchmark, because it suffered the impact of macroeconomic scenario and regulatory framework, I think we can foresee a lower reduction, as the first semester had also a programming shift. The second question is about working capital. The second quarter as first, it's like a period of cash generation.

Felipe Negrão: Those are the lines that we are structuring with the banks, and we will not have to pay this CapEx, but the hubs will hold it.

Speaker #1: Our first question comes from Lucas Nagano Morgan Stanley. Lucas, please go ahead. Good afternoon, Renato. And Felipe, thank you for having me. I have two questions here.

Operator: Our first question comes from Lucas Nagano, Morgan Stanley. Lucas, please go ahead.

Speaker #1: The first is a follow-up on the intake for the second semester. Using the first semester as a benchmark, is it separate the impact of microeconomic scenario and regulatory framework?

Speaker #1: I think we can foresee a lower reduction because the first semester had also a problem in system. And the second question is about working capital.

Speaker #2: Perfeito, Felipe. Obrigada.

Mirela Oliveira: Perfeito, Felipe, obrigada.

Speaker #1: A nossa próxima pergunta vem do Lucas Nagano, do Morgan Stanley. Lucas, por gentileza, pode prosseguir.

Operator: A nossa próxima pergunta vem do Lucas Nagano, Morgan Stanley. Lucas, por gentileza, pode prosseguir.

Speaker #4: Opa. Oi, boa tarde, Renato.

Speaker #1: The second quarter as the first, it's like a period of cash generation. And should we expect the third quarter year over year as impacting receivables since you guys are not advancing the receivables or the third quarter is the new normal?

Renato Padovese: Should we expect the Q3 year-over-year, the same impact in receivables since you guys are not advancing the receivables, or the Q3 is the new normal, is like the recurring effect? About intake, as I said before, it's challenging, but within the limits that we expected. Important thing is that we improved the intake, improved the retention, lowered the dropout rates. So it's the result of a big effort from our teams focusing on the retention of the students. Problems we had in the Q1 intake, those operational systemic problems were solved. They will not impact the H2 of the year. So we've been very optimistic with the results for the H2. Good afternoon, Lucas. Felipe here. Talking about working capital, accounts receivable with the credit card receivables, we are not advancing anymore. From the Q3 on, we don't have it.

Lucas Nagano: Should we expect the Q3 year-over-year, the same impact in receivables since you guys are not advancing the receivables, or the Q3 is the new normal, is like the recurring effect?

Speaker #1: It's like the recurring effect. About intake, as I said before, it's challenging. But within the limits that we expected. The important thing is that we.

Renato Padovese: About intake, as I said before, it's challenging, but within the limits that we expected.

Speaker #1: The intake, improve the retention, lower the dropout rates. So it's the result of a big effort from our teams focusing on the retention of the students.

Obrigado.

Speaker #1: So the problems we had in the first quarter intake was operational systemic problems were solved. They will not impact the second half of the year.

Speaker #3: Oi, Lucas.

Speaker #1: So we've been very optimistic with the results for the second half. Good afternoon, Lucas. Felipe here talking about working capital. Accounts receivables with the credit card receivables we are not advancing anymore.

Felipe Negrão: Good afternoon, Lucas. Felipe here. Talking about working capital, accounts receivable with the credit card receivables, we are not advancing anymore. From the Q3 on, we don't have it.

Speaker #1: From the third quarter on, we don't have it. Only if we have a very good rate that makes it attractive, but these are not going to do that.

Felipe Negrão: Only if we have a very good rate that makes it attractive, but we're not going to do that. We advanced BRL 15 million, and we're not going to do that in Q3. There's another thing that impacts accounts receivable, that is the PDD. We have a complementary movement in the Q1 and the Q3, because it will manage the seasonality of PDD along the year. So we can estimate what PDD will be in the Q3. As a percentage of the net revenue, it will be very close. Whatever result may come, we will have a decision to revert that. So that's the way we reduce seasonality among the quarters, among the semesters. This impacts accounts receivable because we're going to have a supplementary provision. It diminishes. It's clear. It's very clear. Thank you, guys.

So that's the way we reduce seasonality among the quarters, among the semesters. This impacts accounts receivable because we're going to have a supplementary provision. It diminishes. It's clear.

Speaker #1: We advanced 16 million reais and we're not going to do that in Q3. But there's another thing that impacts accounts receivable that is the discipline.

Speaker #1: We have a complementary one between the first and the third quarter. Because we managed the seasonality of PCLD along the years. So we can estimate what PCLD will be in the Q3.

Speaker #4: Oi, Lucas. Boa tarde. Felipe falando.

Felipe Negrão: Oi, Lucas, boa tarde, Felipe falando.

Speaker #1: And as a percentage of the net revenue, it will be very close whatever result you may come, we will have a vision to revert that.

Speaker #1: So that's the way we reduce seasonality. Among the quarters, among the semesters. And this impact accounts receivable because we're going to have a supplementary provision.

Speaker #1: It diminishes PCLD. It's very clear. Thank you, guys. As a reminder, first questions, please click on the Q&A icon at the bottom of your screen.

Lucas Nagano: It's very clear. Thank you, guys.

Operator: As a reminder, to ask questions, please click on the Q&A icon at the bottom of your screen and type your name, company, and language to enter the line. The Q&A session is now concluded. I'd like to turn the floor back to Mr. Renato Padovese for his final remarks. Renato, please go ahead. I'd like to thank you for being here and just to reinforce in our final remarks our position focusing on the students. We are very centered on the students to inspire the students to transform their future and impact their communities. All our actions aim at that purpose, and we understand that if we improve the experience of the student, the quality of the teaching method, the economic return will come. If the student is more satisfied, and we measure that by the NPS, we have indicators.
