2026 IMS | IASO Bio Presented FUCASO China Real-World Data

FUCASO achieved a 95.9% objective response rate in a China real-world study of 281 heavily pretreated, predominantly high-risk patients with relapsed/refractory plasma cell neoplasms. Complete/stringent complete response reached 77.2%, while 94.1% of patients achieved MRD negativity; median progression-free survival and overall survival had not yet been reached. The results indicate unusually strong clinical activity in a difficult-to-treat population.
