QatarEnergy seeks US LNG deals through to 2031, sources say

QatarEnergy is negotiating multi-year U.S. LNG supply contracts through 2031 after Iranian attacks disabled export capacity that sources say will require years to repair. The disruption could materially tighten global LNG supply, increase reliance on U.S. exports, and support gas prices and LNG-contract demand over a prolonged period.
