Antitrust Waiting Period Expires For Archer's Acquisition Of Boeing Subsidiaries

Archer Aviation said the Hart-Scott-Rodino antitrust waiting period has expired for its planned acquisition of Boeing subsidiaries Wisk Aero, SkyGrid and Insitu.
