MercadoLibre Taps Global Investors to Fuel Logistics and FinTech Growth

MercadoLibre is accessing global debt markets for only the third time, according to Bloomberg, with proceeds intended for general corporate purposes. The financing could support the Latin American eCommerce and fintech company's balance-sheet flexibility and growth initiatives, but deal size, pricing and terms were not disclosed.
