New Preclinical Data Further Support Potential for Tvardi’s STAT3 Inhibitors in Ulcerative Colitis (UC)

Tvardi reported that its oral small molecule achieved approximately 8-fold higher concentrations in the colon than in plasma in a preclinical chronic colitis model. The compound reached pharmacologically relevant exposure levels and modulated STAT3-driven disease biology, supporting further development in inflammatory bowel disease.
