Sazerac acquires Au Vodka for more than £300 million, source says

Sazerac completed its acquisition of UK-based Au Vodka, a vodka and ready-to-drink brand, in a transaction valued at more than £300 million ($405 million), according to a source familiar with the deal. The acquisition expands Sazerac's presence in the UK spirits and RTD categories and represents a meaningful consumer-brands transaction.
