Seismic Pharmaceuticals Commences Global Phase 3 Trial of Istaroxime in Patients With Cardiogenic Shock

A global Phase 3 trial, Rescue HF CS, is expected to enroll approximately 600 patients across clinical sites in the United States, Europe and South America to evaluate istaroxime. The program follows four completed Phase 2 trials in which more than 340 patients received the therapy, marking a meaningful late-stage clinical-development milestone.
