The biggest second-order effect is relative positioning versus other subscale miners that lack transactional credibility. If Mahaffy can reduce the perceived execution risk, NLRCF may gain a small but meaningful edge in accessing equity when junior financing windows reopen, while weaker peers pay a larger dilution penalty.
