Unilever won't discuss blanket two-year global worker guarantee in McCormick deal, IUF says

Unilever has reportedly refused to engage with the International Union of Food, Agricultural, Hotel, Restaurant, Catering, Tobacco and Allied Workers’ Associations (IUF) over extending a two-year employment guarantee globally. The guarantee was agreed for European workers in connection with Unilever’s planned food-business merger with McCormick, creating labor-relations and execution risk around the transaction.
